Holistic Relaxation in the Lake District from Hazel Bell
I am based in Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Crookabeck Farm is nestled at the base of Place Fell, with views across the dale to Helvellyn and St Sunday Crag. Patterdale is also located on the famous Coast to Coast footpath.
So if you’re climbing the local fells, mountain biking, climbing, walking the Coast to Coast, or simply looking for some relaxation, then why not try one of my holistic rejuvenating treatments specifically designed for walkers. Although not remedial, they are a perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day on the fells.
Reflexology Foot Massage
The perfect remedy for tired toes! Your feet are cleansed with a lemongrass scrub prior to a pressure point foot massage, which will purify the whole of your body, and leave you with a spring in your step. The treatment lasts for an hour, and costs £35.
This skin renewing facial harnesses the power of herbs and essential oils to tone and soothe fine lines. Drift away, whilst a relaxing face and head massage releases temple tension, leaving you with a sparkle in your eyes. The treatment lasts for an hour, and costs £35.
Herbal Heat Body Massage
Dispels common areas of tension with a therapeutic hot herbal bundle, used to thoroughly massage your aches. For deeper tissue work, it can be combined with specialised bamboo massage techniques to deeply stretch tight and sore muscles. The treatment lasts an hour and costs £45.
Cleansing Back Massage
This invigorating back massage combines detoxing herbs and citrus oils, with a cleansing mud treatment, to soften and renew your skin. The treatment lasts an hour and costs £45.
